It's hard to look past the Premier League with the season finale coming up on Sunday afternoon, and so many issues still to be resolved, including the title, final relegation spot, and European places. Robin Bairner thinks Liverpool should have a field day against Wolves, whether they win the Premier League or not: "Wolves are finishing the season in lamentable form. They have failed to win any of their last six, including a 5-1 loss against City. During this run, they have conceded the opening goal in each match, so Liverpool should be heavily fancied to take an early advantage. History is also stacked in favour of Liverpool. They have won their last 10 league matches against this opponent and, incredibly, have kept a clean sheet in eight of those games. Last season, they were easy 4-0 winners at home. Backed by what will surely be a raucous Anfield crowd, expect more of the same."
Greg Lea has been in prolific tipping form recently, calling a hat-trick of tips for Newcastle vs Arsenal last Monday night, and he thinks Crystal Palace can take advantage of Man United's poor end-of-season form: "This has been a season to forget for United – and they are unlikely to end it on a high. Crystal Palace are tricky opponents, particularly at home. Only Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal have conceded fewer goals at home than Palace this term, which is why United either failing to find the net or scoring just once is attractive."
Greg is also tipping Tottenham to comfortably seal fourth place, when they travel to Norwich: "This has been another Premier League season in which Norwich have, to all intents and purposes, failed to compete. They have won the fewest number of games, amassed the fewest points, scored the fewest and conceded the most goals this term It is hard to look past a comfortable away win, so consider Tottenham to win both halves."
On the racing front, our expert Tom Collins has two selections to consider on Saturday: "Charlie Appleby's star colt Native Trail suffered his first defeat at Newmarket last month, but he ran extremely well in defeat and looks set to make amends in the Irish 2,000 Guineas. He's a short price, therefore perfect for your accumulator, and has already proved that he's good enough to strike at this level.
And finally, Tom looks to Lingfield where Mercian Hymn runs in the 5:45: "There's very little not to like about this horse. He was a sharp improver when upped to 1m4f last season, winning handicaps at Kempton and Wolverhampton in decisive fashion, and returned to the track with a respectable effort over an inadequate trip. The return to the all-weather will help him regain the winning thread."
